Class 13: September 29, 2026 · ENTR 5000
Workday reminder for September 29, 2026. These instructions come from the September 24 class summary. For current requirements and due dates, use the assignment guidelines and semester schedule.
Independent project work and issue planning
Tuesday, September 29 was a studio workday with no formal class meeting. The September 24 summary gives the work to move forward.
- Finish connecting your GitHub repository and project Slack channel, or identify the specific setup blocker. Verify the connection rather than relying on a pasted link.
- Turn your earlier venture goals and blockers into issues. Use the simple code and venture labels to distinguish software work from other business work.
- Choose one item and make concrete, verifiable progress on it by Tuesday. You may work on more, but you do not need to tackle everything at once.
- If you are building software, keep at least three or four product/technical issues unresolved for the planned parallel-work exercise. Keeping them open does not mean parallel execution has already happened.
Use the issue list to choose a useful next action and record what you actually learned or completed. An issue captures possible work; it does not make every idea an immediate priority. Check Slack for any updated check-in instructions.
This reminder carries forward the preceding class’s instructions. It does not claim a new lecture or a completed desk critique.
