Sprint presentation checklist
For Sprint 2, Tuesday, October 13: deck/site ready 1:00 p.m. Eastern; presentation 3.5 minutes, hard stop.
Build the report
- Open with a short, benefit-focused pitch: who benefits, and what gets better?
- Choose two or three important items of entrepreneurship progress: what you tested, the evidence, and what changed.
- Choose two or three important items of AI/development progress: what you made or improved and what you learned about the tools or workflow.
- End with one or two next priorities in each area.
- Keep the artifact visible. Make claims traceable to real evidence; synthetic users do not count as customer evidence.
Rehearse and share
- Practice with a timer; aim for two clean runs under 3.5 minutes.
- Check that the deck/site opens and that the demo is ready.
- Reply with your materials in the designated Slack thread.
- Check the presentation order.
- Follow the sprint’s eLC folder for its rubric and required artifact submission.
This checklist adds no new slide-count requirement or rubric. See the Sprint Cycles guide and October 6 class notes for the full guidance.
